Cathy and her husband Michael moved to Minerva Park in 2019. They love living in a walkable neighborhood with a pool, community gathering spaces and three top-notch schools for the children in the Village.
Professionally, Cathy is a performance improvement and organization development consultant with diverse experience in the for-profit and non-profit industries. Her expertise is in strategic goal setting and achievement for individuals and organizations. Cathy attained the designation of Doctoral Candidate at Franklin University and is working toward a Doctor of Business Administration. Cathy’s dissertation research will focus on nonprofit accountability.
