Council Duties
The Village of Minerva Park Council consists of 6 members, one of whom is appointed by them as president. Each chairs a committee and serves on two other committees. Duties for each can be viewed by clicking here.
Council Meetings
Regular meetings of council are held at the Community Building at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth (when possible) Thursday of each month. Check the calendar for all scheduled meetings. Notices for the meetings are posted and can be found here. Residents are invited to attend and can publicly comment during the Citizens' Comments portion of the meetings. All meetings are live streamed on the Facebook page. Council packets for the meeting can be found here.
Work Sessions
Work sessions are held at the Community Building at 7:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the first Council Meeting of each month. Additional work sessions (if necessary) are scheduled for the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Residents are invited to attend. No resolution, regulation, rule, ordinance or formal action of any kind shall be adopted at a work session.
