Park-Time Administrative Assistant, Zoning Clerk

The Village of Minerva Park is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Zoning Clerk. Primary responsibilities include answering phones and directing calls, processing mail, processing zoning permits, transcribing Village Council and Planning and Zoning meeting minutes, attending public meetings, and processing public records requests. Periodic evening meeting attendance required. Desired qualifications include high school diploma or GED and minimum one year experience working in an office setting. This position is anticipated to work 20-22 hours per week, depending on meeting schedule. Salary is expected to be $12 - $15/hour based on qualifications.
